13/4 cup flour 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 cup oil 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1 1/2 cup milk (sweet or sour) 1 TBSP vinegar Place dry ingredients in bowl – make a well in center Add the rest of ingredients – blend together and beat 3 mins. Pour into a greased 9X13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 – 35 minutes Note this recipe will make 24 cup cakes – bake those for only 20 minutes.
