Well, it was Chicken Soup time on our last Facebook Live ( you can go to our Facebook site to catch past episodes) and here is the recipe. Wash 4 chicken thighs in cold water, making sure to remove any loose bones or cartilage. Sprinkle seasoning salt and garlic powder on chicken on both sides using about 1.5 – 2 tsp seasoning slat 1.5 – 2 tsp garlic powder In a pot add: 1 TBSP olive oil Fry chicken for about 5 minutes flipping chicken half way.Add 1 large diced onion 2 cups celery cook for 1 minute Add 4 cups water 1  TBSP tarragon 1 tsp poultry seasoning 1/4 tsp thyme 4 bay leaves 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional) Simmer on a low boil for 1 hour Using a slotted spoon, remove chicken and let cool add 2 cups chopped carrots debone chicken thighs and chop into tiny pieces and add to soup add 5 cups water and 2 chicken bullion cubes bring to a boil. add noodles/rice or potatoes. Cook until noodles/rice or potatoes are done
